THE DEW OF HERMON (Friday 23^rd October, 2015)

Matt 9:20-22

And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:

21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

This was a tearful story of a woman who spent all she had on her health but instead of getting better she became more miserable at the spate on 12 years! She was used for experiment by the practicing doctors in her day yet, the issue of blood became worse. She was referred from one specialist hospital to another, from one herbalist to another and every one of the claimed he could do it but alas, there was no solution. But one day she heard that the ultimate Physician, Jesus Christ, was passing that way. She then told herself, “this is my only chance”. She only touched...and instantly her fountain ran dry! You may have no problem with issue of blood but you have the issue of relationship; one after another they came but all the relationships broke down before you could say, “I do”. May be you have the issue of joblessness, issue of financial indebtedness, issue of childlessness, whatever your issue may be, Jesus is still passing your way today! But the woman made up her mind that “enough is enough”. If you too can make up your mind today and call on the Lord saying, “my Lord, this issue (mention it) must come to an end today” then you too will be set free. If you can believe you shall receive your miracle like the woman with the issue of blood. So shall it be! SHALOM!
