THE DEW OF HERMON (Wednesday 30^th September, 2015)

Ps 103:1-5
Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

It is awesome that our God has brought us through three quarter of the year 2015 and at the end of the day we have only a quarter left! Won’t you join me and the Psalmist to bless the name of this Awesome God? Do not forget His benefits. In case you have forgotten His benefits they include forgiveness of sin. As the Psalmis has said “”Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults” Ps 19:12. God in His infinite mercies has forgiven us every sin. He has healed our diseases. He is Jehovah rapha our healer! He has redeemed us from destruction! He has also crowned us with loving kindness and tender mercies, which He renews for us daily. Above all, He has put food on our tables for the past nine months, we need not go out to beg for food. By so doing, we are renewed daily. Think about the countless times He gave you sound sleep this year! Think about the supplies of daily necessities! Think of His grace made available to you every day! Oh’ the manifold benefits of the Almighty God! Why not you thank Him for seeing this day and for all His benefits this year? This God who has made us see three quarter of the year, the remaining one quarter shall be a walkover for us! P-R-A-I-S-E THE L-O-R-D! We can never thank Him enough! He alone deserves our praises! PEACE!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Monday 28^th September, 2015)

Rom 8:37-39

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In everything, the scriptures says, we are more than conquerors! In that sickness you are more than conqueror; in that childlessness you shall overcome; in that seemingly joblessness you are more than an overcomer; in that situation and circumstances that is beyond you, the Lord will make you come out victorious! Whatever your situation, I am so sure, you are more than a conqueror therefore, you shall overcome. But your victory is hinged on the love God has for you. For we are more than conquerors through Him (God Almighty) that loved us. I thank God for the love of God which has made us more than conquerors. And you know what? Nothing in this life, and in that which is to come, is strong enough to separate us from His love. Can’t you see we are most privileged? His name be praised who has loved us with everlasting love in Christ Jesus. So shall it be! PEACE!

 THE DEW OF HERMON (Friday 25th September, 2015)

Gal 3:13-14
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

For those that are children of God the Bible says they are of the lineage of Abraham. If we are the seed of Abraham then what Abraham had and who he was should be ours by redemption. According to Genesis 24:1 “…and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things”. If God blessed Abraham in all things and we are the seed of Abraham according to promise, then we must not be in lack and want. Abraham was never in lack and want; he alone had an army in his house who fed from his table (Gen. 14:14). Why should you eat from hand to mouth? Why should you die in penury? You are carrying in you the gene of Abraham and this gene is the gene of blessing. You are a blessed child, you are expected to be a blessing. You are blessed to be a blessing to others. If you have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ then you are engrafted to the family of blessing and so you can really say of yourself “Abraham blessings are mine, I am blessed in the morning and I’m blessed all the daylong”. Tell yourself “I am born again to live in abundance, no more lack and want”. So shall it be in Jesus name! PEACE!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Special Edition)

24^th September, 2015

Hag 2:18-19

Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day that the foundation of the LORD's temple was laid, consider it.

Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath not brought forth: from this day will I bless you.

Twenty fourth day of the month of September is a very special day! There is a special package from God to those who will believe. From the fourth and twentieth day of the ninth month the Lord will cause a solid foundation of your life to be laid. You may not have what it takes to be great, you may not look like someone to reckon with, you may have been despised and mocked as a result of your situation. There may not be seed in your ban (no money in your bank account), there may not be vine, fig tree and pomegranate (nothing attractive in your life) but because you have seen this day God has said, “from this day will I bless you”. God will bless you from the stores of heaven when the earthly stores run dry. May the blessings GOD has promised beginning from 24^th September be yours and may your blessing be continuous in the name of Jesus! While others complain you will share testimonies of lifting beginning from this day. Your blessing shall know no end! So shall it be! Enjoy your day! SHALOM!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Wednesday 23^rd September, 2015)

Heb 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

Faith makes one to see the invisible and we must know that it takes the invisible to achieve the impossible! When the Bible says “with God all things are possible” (Mark 10:27), it means that with faith all things are possible because without faith you cannot please God (Heb. 6:11), and without God you cannot do the impossible! Through faith we have come to the realization that the world we live in came out of the invisible by the spoken word of God. if the word of God created the entire world then His word can create your own world. That means, the ‘you’ they are seeing now cannot be compared to the you that will emerge very soon, by the word of God. It also means that if you align yourself with the word of God you can change whatever you do not want around you. You can also bring to existence whatever you want around you. Therefore, the ‘you’ that shall appear shortly may not have any bearing to the ‘you’ now. The you that will emerge is invisible with God and you shall be made manifest at the appropriate time. Don’t allow the ‘you’ now to bother you, God is making something great, colourful, glorious out of you. You are emerging a great individual to your world! I see a new you evolving and being showcased to your generation! So shall it be! SHALOM!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Monday 21^st September, 2015)

Isa 43:19

Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

There is something striking about God! He is not limited by anything. In short, God is limitless! The children of Israel were confronted by the red sea while the Egyptian army was in hot pursuit. God told Moses, (Ex 14:15) “speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward”. Go forward to where? One may ask. Before them was the red sea so, going forward is suicidal while returning is slavery. But God knew what He will do! The one who makes away where is no way can create away even through the red sea. Though the Israelites were bewildered, He opened a way for them and they walked through the red sea as a dry land. Ex 14:22 “And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left”. Someone reading this may be lost in the wilderness of life and has concluded there is no more way out of the circumstances. Someone could see only desert in and around him/her. This week God is making a way for you in your wilderness. God will satisfy your thirsty soul with water. God is sending relief to someone this week that you may know He is God. Arise! Shake yourself out of that situation, God is making a way for you already! So shall it be! PEACE!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Friday 18^th September, 2015)

Hab 3:19

The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places.

KJV

No one makes it to the high places of life with his own strength! This is because “by strength shall no man prevail” 1 Sam. 2:9. When God is your strength you will confidently declare like Paul, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” Phil. 4:13. Where people derail you shall not make mistakes for he shall make your feet strong. As the Psalmist said in Ps 18:36, “Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip”, so shall your feet be treated. Ultimately therefore, you are arriving on your high places and walk upon the high places of the earth. The higher grounds is where you belong, that is where you are going and you MUST get there! God has programmed you for the higher grounds, it is too late for the devil to cut you down. You shall not fail, you shall not miss it, you shall not be deprived, you shall not be deterred. Your future is bright and you MUST get there! Welcome to your higher grounds! So shall it be! SHALOM!

Ps 19:12

Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.

There was this pathetic story you MUST read! There lived a couple some time ago, there had been married for several years but had no child. They had a dog which they named Bingo. According to them, since all hope of having their own child was lost, they decided to love their dog as if it was their child. All they could accord their child they did for this dog. However, they came a time that heaven proved them wrong and the woman conceived and gave birth to a goodly looking boy. What a joy! At the passing of time their love for the dog began to wane and the dog even noticed this and became unhappy but decided to resign to its fate. But, there came a time as the boy was growing that the parents went out on a visit but the boy was asleep so they left the boy in bed upstairs with Bingo in the room. At their return, Bingo was waiting for them at the gate so that immediately they opened the gate they met Bingo with blood in its mouth, splashed all over its body. “Hey, it has happened!” they exclaimed. Without much ado, with the help of neighbors, they killed Bingo instantly. On climbing to their baby’s room they found the baby still sound asleep with a very BIG Cobra lying on the floor with the head chopped off by Bingo. Bingo had killed the cobra that wanted to swallow their son! They rushed downstairs and to the compound but alas, Bingo had been killed for no offence! How often we have destroyed others simply because of wrong judgment and ‘beautiful’ lies formulated against them. How often did we trust those who spoke lies against others and we never cared to ask them even when we could find out the truth which may just be a phone call away. In this season of higher grounds we shall not be the architect of our own downfall! Don’t judge people so harshly! You shall surely be on your higher grounds! So shall it be! Jesus is LORD! SHALOM!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Monday 14^th September, 2015)

Isa 58:12,14

And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

This week is your week of higher ground! God shall make you to scale your high heights this week! The word of the LORD is fresh to you this day that this week, you shall rebuild your lost glory. You shall raise the foundation of that house, marriage, business, academic, ministry; whatever foundation you need to raise, it shall be yours this week. The LORD will cause you to ride upon your high places of the earth. You have a higher place than where you currently are and God is taking you there this week. The LORD your GOD is not a GOD of low places so you cannot afford to be on the low places of the earth. Where they call ‘top-most-top’ is your destination and you are getting there! The higher grounds are for the redeemed and you shall be climbing there. Do not look down on yourself, look up because that is where you are going. In this week of higher ground, you shall no more walk on low grounds! Where the eagles fly will be your place. You shall fly high as the eagles! So shall it be! PEACE!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Friday 11^th September, 2015)

Isa 58:11

And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

In the world where people are frustrated and disillusioned because they have no guide, the LORD has promised to guide us continually. That means He will never cease guiding us if we allow Him to. And when We allow Him to take the lead, He will satisfy our souls in drought. No matter what the economy of the world is saying, the economy of heaven will sustain us. God will make you fat and flourishing! You shall be like a watered garden! You shall be like a spring of water that lacks nothing. Your life shall remain evergreen! Jesus said in John 16:13, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth…………….and he will shew you things to come”. You will not lack guidance again! You will not walk in your own ways but you shall walk in the way of the LORD and be blessed! So shall it be! SHALOM!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Wednesday 9^th September, 2015)

Jeremiah 10:23

O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

KJV

Man that is born of woman has no control over his life! He does not know what may happen next. He knows only parts of the past and present. He does not know all because he is never omniscient neither can be. His way is not known to him because his way is not in himself. He moves about but does not have powers to direct his own steps. No wonder when some step, they step into sickness, affliction, trouble and even death unknowingly. It is only God that knows the end from the beginning that can direct man’s steps. I have heard about someone who got to a motor park to board a vehicle but was denied access without any reason only to discover hours later that the same vehicle he/she would have boarded crashed and there was no survivor. Think, ponder on man’s steps: some step into marriage wrongly and live to regret it; some step into business only for it to crash; some embark on a journey not ordained for them and ended up being destroyed! But as for you, God will guide your steps and you shall not be destroyed! Remember, Ps 37:23 ”The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD:” It is a tragedy for one to walk on his own without God! Learn to allow God to lead the way and you shall end victorious! So shall it be! Jesus is LORD! SHALOM!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Monday 7^th September, 2015)

Isa 30:21

And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

If you have a clear information about any journey you want to embark on then you are sure to get to your destination! Those who lack understanding of where they are going, and would not ask, may never make it to their destination. This is because ”There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death” (Pro. 14:12). It is easier for us to devise our ways but we are limited in understanding therefore, we need God to make it. Our own ways may seem to be the best in our eyes but may not be good to us on the long run. From the scripture above we are assured by God that we shall hear a word concerning our destination in destiny. When we want to take any decision in life we need to align ourselves with God because He knows the way so He cannot lead us astray. You shall no more be confused! You shall walk in God’s ways and not in your own ways! God will guide you with His eyes continually! So shall it be! PEACE!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Friday 4^th September, 2015)

Ezek 36:11

And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring fruit: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

The time of settlement is a time of multiplication! God has said He will multiply upon you man and beasts, this means you will have workers and substance in abundance. God is set to multiply your workforce because your company shall increase and become a multinational. He said they shall increase and bring fruit. Your business shall yield fruits this year. No more loss for you! He said He will settle you and will do better unto you than your beginnings. That is to say, the later part of this year shall be better than the first part of the year. The remaining months of this year shall bring better results to you than the past months. God is ready to do this that you may know He is the LORD. He will settle you! He will do good unto you than the beginning of this year. Expect the best to happen for you in the remaining for months of this year. So shall it be! SHALOM!

THE DEW OF HERMON (Wednesday 2^nd September, 2015)

1 Chronicles 17:14

But I will settle him in mine house and in my kingdom forever: and his throne shall be established for evermore.

When God settles a man in His vineyard he is settled for life! The plan of God is for man to be settled and settled forever. When He settles you therefore, you remain settled and nothing unsettles you anymore. When He settles a woman in her matrimonial home, no devil can unsettle her. When He settles your health no witch or wizard can tamper with it. When God settles your business, no economic downturn can affect it. When God decides to settle your academic you remain on top. When He settles your home, you’ll continue to enjoy a blissful home for life. When God settles your children they excel in all they do and give you rest of mind. But nothing settles man on earth like the word of God! Ps. 119: 89 “Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven”. It is the heavenly-settled WORD that settles man on the earth! This month God will settle your own marital issue! He will settle your home! He will settle your health! He will settle your children! God will settle your life, no matter what it has been. Only believe and you shall have it! So shall it be! Jesus is LORD! SHALOM!
