THE DEW OF HERMON (Friday 17th
October, 2014)
Isa 40:28-31
Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that
the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth
not, neither is weary; there is no searching of his understanding.
He giveth power to the faint; and to them that
have no might he increaseth strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
and the young men shall utterly fall:
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew
their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and
not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
KJV
Have you not known? Have you not heard? This connotes that you ought
to have known or heard that God, the Almighty has all the powers and so does
not faint neither is He weary. As a result, those who faint He gives them power
and increases strength for those who have no might. Those who trust in
themselves and their strength grow weary and even utterly fall but those who
wait on the LORD are always strengthened. As the year runs to an end, please,
wait on the LORD for those who wait on Him get their strength renewed. They are
always high fliers just like the eagle. You will fly high! You will not faint! You
will not grow weary! You will never be discouraged in the race of life. The
eternal God, the Creator will sustain you! JESUS is LORD! PEACE! (Have a strength-filled weekend).
